About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive go-to-market execution for AI-ready productivity and security solutions, identifying growth opportunities across Microsoft 365, ME3 Suites and Cloud Endpoint solutions and translating strategic priorities into clear local execution plans.
- Lead sales activation by partnering with field teams to accelerate customer conversations, pipeline development and execution across segments, connecting sales and marketing activity to maximise business impact.
- Build cross-functional alignment across Sales, Sales Excellence, Marketing, Consulting, Customer Success, Operations and other stakeholders to ensure priorities, processes, tools and business rhythms support effective execution.
- Partner with the Partner organisation to support local partner-led go-to-market activities, demand generation and market execution aligned with Microsoft strategy and solution-area priorities.
- Provide product and market leadership, bringing together customer, partner and field insights, competitive intelligence, sales trends and business performance to identify opportunities, gaps and blockers and inform go-to-market plans.
- Use data and insights to drive action, establishing effective business rhythms, monitoring performance and helping leaders and field teams prioritise investments, resources and opportunities that can accelerate growth.
- Create clarity and enable execution by simplifying complex concepts, communicating priorities effectively, removing roadblocks and influencing stakeholders across a matrixed organisation to deliver shared outcomes.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales enablement, business development, sales, pre-sales, marketing strategy, business planning, go-to-market or a related commercial discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience translating business or go-to-market strategy into execution and driving alignment across teams in a complex or matrixed organisation.
- Experience using business insights, market knowledge and performance data to identify opportunities and support commercial decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing or supporting a product or solution portfolio, including demand generation, pipeline acceleration or sales activation.
- Experience working with technology, cloud, AI, productivity, security or related solutions.
- Experience partnering across Sales, Marketing, Partner, Customer Success or Operations functions to drive business outcomes.
Field Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Switzerland is CHF 126,000.00 - CHF 208,700.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
