We operate in more than 1500 cities across 23 countries.
Together we revolutionise the way people connect with their everyday needs, from delivering essentials to connecting our ecosystem of users through innovative solutions powered by technology. For us, every day is filled with purpose.
What makes our ride unique?
Our culture and strong values.
Our career development philosophy.
Our commitment to being a force for good.
We have a vision: Building the largest marketplace in your city, to give access to anything in minutes. And this is where your ride starts.
THE JOURNEY
- Supply Growth and Optimization: Own supply growth and performance across assigned cities. Ensure the right number of couriers are active, productive, and earning sustainably to support demand growth.
- Supply Planning and Forecasting: Work with HQ ops and growth teams to forecast supply needs based on demand plans, seasonality and special events. Proactively identify gaps and define actions to close them.
- Courier Performance and Earnings: Analyze courier behavior and performance then design and support initiatives that improve productivity and earnings quality.
- Operational Bottleneck Resolution: Identify operational bottlenecks impacting supply performance then drive root cause analysis and execution of fixes.
- On the Ground Ops Support: Spend time in cities working closely with different teams and riders to validate data insights, test interventions, and adapt solutions to local realities.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with Growth, Commercial, Product, and Support teams to ensure supply plans are aligned with demand, incentives, and city priorities.
- Metrics Ownership and Reporting: Own key supply metrics for your cities. Build and maintain clear reporting on supply health, risks, and progress against targets. Translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Continuous Improvement: Test, measure, and scale operational improvements. Document learnings and help standardize best practices across cities.
