Design, build and automate processes and systems. Breakdown and estimate work, select and incorporate the appropriate tools and frameworks for the job.
Proactively monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement "self-healing" automation where possible.
Participate in on-call activities, identify and respond to issues affecting the service health, collaborate across teams to mitigate them.

Lead and participate in SDLC processes in an Agile team and deal with cross-organizational dependencies.
Organize and prioritize to help the team stay focused so that they can perform at the best possible level.
Communicate across teams and engineering groups, navigate difficult conversations, provide feedback (positive and negative) when it’s needed
Collaborate with Product Management, drive vague strategic requirements and break them down into iterative deliverables.
Grow teams through mentoring and recruiting top talent from your network.
Support career development in the AI era; guide engineers from "task execution" to "system architecture," "AI aptitude," and "orchestration."
Who you are
