The Position

Delivery Service Manager - RDT Group Functions Group Communications

We are looking for a Delivery Service Manager to provide expert guidance on complex deliveries, drive efficiency improvements, influence stakeholder decisions, and mentor others to achieve strategic alignment and support team growth. In this role, you will navigate organizational complexity to define and communicate comprehensive solution visions and roadmaps for large-scale, strategically critical initiatives. Depending on the organization's needs, you may operate within role archetypes such as: Project Manager, Program Manager,Delivery Service Manager, ITSM Process SME, Scrum Master, RTE, STE, or Agile Coach.

Join us in our Warsaw or Poznań office 2 days per week - a hybrid approach designed to balance focused remote work with high-impact, in-person collaboration.

The Opportunity:

  • Scope/(Content Leadership): You will provide expert guidance on defining and managing scope for high-impact initiatives, ensuring every project remains aligned with our strategic goals. By developing and championing robust management frameworks, you will navigate significant changes with minimal disruption while constantly refining processes to drive maximum delivery efficiency.

  • Accountability/Problem Solving: You will lead the analysis of complex delivery challenges across organizational boundaries to influence high-stakes decisions. You will be accountable for the success of major initiatives, driving consensus through persuasive communication and proactive risk management while mentoring colleagues to elevate the team’s collective problem-solving skills.

  • Stakeholder Management: You will navigate complex stakeholder networks, building strong collaborative relationships with senior management across the organization. By executing comprehensive engagement plans and expertly resolving conflicts, you ensure alignment and maintain momentum across even the most diverse and high-pressure stakeholder landscapes.

  • Impact/Strategy: Your leadership will drive significant impact across major product lines by embedding Agile best practices and leading organizational change. You will foster a culture of innovation, evaluating strategic solution options and proactively proposing improvements that ensure our projects consistently deliver on long-term business objectives.

  • Complexity/(Product Size): You will lead delivery through ambiguous requirements and intricate dependencies, implementing structured frameworks that bring clarity to multifaceted projects. Your ability to maintain focus and stability in high-risk environments is essential to our program success.

  • Business/Technical ability: By merging deep market insights with technical mastery, you will shape delivery strategies that achieve core business results. You are a driver of innovation, leading the implementation of Agile frameworks and modernizing delivery methodologies to enhance overall organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Who you are:

Your Experience and Expertise:

  •  You have extensive experience operating within a Delivery Management archetype (e.g., Program Manager, STE, Agile Coach), successfully navigating the complexities of large-scale organizational delivery.

  • You are an expert in Agile frameworks and methodologies, with a history of leading organizational change initiatives and embedding best practices across multiple product lines or domains.

  • You possess in-depth business knowledge and stay informed on market trends, allowing you to shape delivery strategies that achieve specific strategic goals.

  • You are adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with senior leadership and can cultivate seamless collaboration across organizational boundaries.

  • You bring advanced analytical skills to the table, enabling you to lead the analysis of complex, cross-boundary problems and evaluate solution options at a strategic level.

Your Interpersonal and Leadership Skills:

  • You possess exceptional facilitation and negotiation skills. You are capable of driving consensus on difficult solutions and navigating internal conflicts to maintain alignment.

  • You are a dedicated mentor, providing constructive feedback and guiding less experienced professionals through complex scope management and problem-solving scenarios.

  • You have worked closely with Internal Communications teams and have experience with Intranets or Intranet Package Solutions (e.g., Lumapps or Unily), which is highly desirable.

  • Full professional fluency in English.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 170,100.00 PLN-315,900.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 15% subject to both individual and company performance.
