Your New Role
The Global Marketing Operations team sits in the streaming organization within the brand and content marketing org. We are embedded with all creative and originals content marketing teams across all regions. We sit across all creative and marketing meetings for both brand and originals including local original productions created in region. We support our global teams in APAC, ANZ, EMEA and Latin America as well as our Global Licensees.

Your Role Accountabilities

Embedded with Creative & Content Marketing:

  • Work lock step with creative & content marketing teams managing all details of a global campaign and communicating out to markets.

  • Prioritize campaign deliverables and work closely with regions to continually meet the needs of the market as priorities shift in territory.


Strategic focus:

  • Support new global processes for HBO & HBOMAX ensuring alignment with regional and local needs and best practices.

  • Support strategic marketing initiatives continuously looking to improve efficiencies and workflows across.

  • Support the workflow of Local Original Productions originating in APAC/ANZ

  • Oversee marketing assets within our global distribution platform AEM across assigned campaigns.


Stakeholder Management:

  • Establish new and existing relationships with key licensees, broadcasters, vendors, and partners of our Marketing Operations team, providing high-level service.

  • Collaborate closely with all internal stakeholders in Originals Marketing, Production & Operations, and Creative to ensure we are collectively aligned with US and global teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3-5 years project management experience, working globally a plus

  • Expert knowledge of project management and production workflows in a media landscape

  • Deep understanding of various types of video and digital media.

  • Team player and experience managing high volume of projects and prioritizing complex schedules.

  • Flexibility of hours due to working with global teams.
