Distribution Center Operations Supervisor - 2nd shift (Conroe, TX.)

The Distribution Center Operations Supervisor reports to the Manager of DC Operations and serves as the primary leader for a team of approximately 25 Distribution Center colleagues.

This role is responsible for leading daily operations, driving team performance, and ensuring productivity and efficiency targets are met. The Supervisor motivates and engages the team, monitors performance, and supports continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with the Operations Manager to deliver strong operational results primarily with selection and stocking .

**This is a 2nd shift role. Hours are roughly 3:30pm-12:00am Monday -Friday with additional flexibility needed based on business volume and needs***

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a Distribution Center, Production, or Manufacturing environment

• Minimum 2+ years experience with MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• WMS experience

• Bilingual

• Supervised +30 associates

• Ability to work multiple shifts or departments

• Ability to maintain strict level of confidentiality

• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely

• Ability to exercise sound judgement and work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to act quickly and competently in emergencies

• Bachelor's Degree

• Lean Six-Sigma experience

• Verifiable High School Diploma/GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
