About the role
As HR Manager (m/f/d) for the Business Line Cleaning in a full-time or part-time leadership Position, you are responsible for strategic HR leadership, lead an international HR team, and act as a sparring partner to management. You also manage the employee lifecycle and key HR initiatives in close cooperation with international stakeholders.

Your responsibilities
Strategic HR leadership for the Business Line Cleaning and acting as a sparring partner to management (including close collaboration with the Managing Director for the business line Cleaning and heads of key central functions such as CFO)
Disciplinary leadership and development of the HR team in DACH and Ireland
End-to-end responsibility for the employee lifecycle
Leadership and implementation of strategic HR initiatives and projects (Learning & Development, Talent & Succession, Culture, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, AI initiatives, retention and networking programs)
Close collaboration with HR Managers of other business lines, HR Shared Services, and the Recruiting Team
Hands-on HR work in day-to-day operations
Project work to optimize processes and KPIs, and optional development into a cross-functional Kaizen Facilitator
Work location: Home Office; optionally Dreieich; travel within DACH & Ireland
Your profile
Completed degree in business administration, HR management, business psychology, or a comparable qualification with a strategic HR focus
Several years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner in an international environment, ideally with disciplinary leadership responsibility and management of complex HR structures
Business-fluent German and English skills for collaboration with international stakeholders and HR teams (DACH & Ireland)
In-depth expertise in HR operations, solid knowledge of labor law, and proven experience in using HR management tools (Talent & Succession Planning, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics)
Strong consulting, communication, and sparring skills for close collaboration with senior leadership and central functions
High level of initiative, a structured and solution-oriented working style, and a strong hands-on mentality in both strategic and operational topics
Confident demeanor, decisiveness, and experience in stakeholder management as well as supporting change, transformation, and organizational development processes
