主要職責：

1. 團隊管理 , 監督日常設施管理運營，包括暖通空調、電氣和管道等，並主動發現問題或改善設施運營和效率的機會。

2. 協助客戶服務，現場修繕。

3. 協助並監督供應商和承包商在場所內進行的糾正性維護和計劃性預防維護服務，以及供應商簡報

4. 協助項目工程和內部搬遷、添加和變更活動，協助斷電活動

5. 成功完成計劃的維護活動並解決客戶請求

6. 確保始終保持高水準的專業性和客戶服務

7. 協助項目工程和內部搬遷、添加和變更活動，協助斷電活動

8. 大樓現場機電設備維護，監控設備監看與狀況簡易排除

9. 監督所有機電設備運作狀況

10. 協調外包廠商進行設備檢修

11. 建立設備故障應變處理機制

12. 7x24 三班制，共同輪班 支援新竹地區跨廠區(竹北, 竹東, 竹科園區)
