Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Handling: Receive, review, and verify customer-submitted documents with high accuracy, ensuring timely processing in accordance with the Standard Operation Manual.
  • Customer Support: Strengthen customer trust by providing proactive, solution-oriented assistance to address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support in handling and resolving administrative matters within SPMD.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and provide recommendations to enhance operational processes, ensuring effectiveness, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Unit Collaboration: Support other units—particularly the Marketing Support Team—in achieving departmental targets and key performance objectives.

Requirement:

  • Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline. Degrees in Marketing, Business, or Communication are highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory, and basic knowledge of the Japanese language is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Spreadsheet, Docs, Slides), and Canva. Familiarity with basic Tableau will be highly considered.
  • Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks. Demonstrates eagerness to learn and grow, with good adaptability.
