About the role
This position will process and reconcile pooled and single AXA Separate Account Contract level transactions and their corresponding money movements. The candidate will handle processing/quality control verification of all daily trading activity, reconciliation of bank account balances associated with client deposits/disbursements, and closure of Separate Account activity for the day. This role will also support additional functions within the Transfer Agency.
The best candidate for this position will possess problem-solving skills and have a strong level of knowledge regarding operations.
The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Process and reconcile Separate Account transactions and their corresponding money movements
Perform ancillary tasks related to Pension Client Recordkeeping Trading and Valuation
Review, research and respond to inquiries regarding pooled and single AXA Separate Account Contract level transactions
Support additional functions within the Transfer Agency
Update documentation of department processes and procedures as needed
Meet SLA delivery and productivity targets for each function
Meet quality standards as outlines by department management

Job Qualifications (The ideal candidate should have the following):
Qualifications, Experience, Education:
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Accounting or another relevant discipline that provides an understanding and interest in the financial markets and trade flow
4+ years’ experience in trade processing, reconciliation, settlement etc.
Experience working with a team environment with time sensitive deadlines is desired.

The individual will be expected to work as a part of a global team and will need to be able to communicate effectively with various internal and external teams. Candidates should have a strong ability to work in a collaborative environment exhibiting strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment which includes daily interaction internally and externally with various Transfer Agent and Operations teams.
Working knowledge in MS Excel and MS Access
Special Knowledge:
Knowledge of mutual funds, financial or business operations including reconciliation, familiar with capital markets, banking, securities, and bookkeeping
