We are seeking a highly analytical and technically adept Program Manager to bridge the digital and data gap between Apple and our carrier partners. This role focuses on automating complex data workflows, eliminating manual silos, and driving operational excellence within the carrier channel. You will be the architect of smarter sales processes, leveraging data to provide actionable solution that empower account managers to exceed targets and modernize the way we do business in the region. The ideal candidate should combine digital implementation with solid carrier knowledge to transition our partnership from traditional account management to an automated, data-driven business operation. You’ll work closely with Taiwan Mobile as a pilot project and then roll out all carrier partners in Taiwan.

Description

- Identify and define requirements to resolve data discrepancies and "digital gaps" between Apple’s internal systems and carrier partner platforms to ensure a single source of truth. - Design and implement automated agents to replace fragmented manual process. - Streamline end-to-end channel operations by developing tools that provide real-time visibility into sales trends and supply chain health. - Act as the technical lead for carrier-facing digital integration projects, tools roll-out, and help orchestrate data structure. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams (GC DMP/CDA, Legal, Security, IS&T, and external technology vendors) to design, build, test, and deploy user-friendly and compliant applied AI solutions that integrate effectively into existing business processes. - Monitor and refine solutions post-launch, and lead solution improvement and maintenance processes.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or a related discipline. 3-5+ years of digital project management experience in technology, data/analytics; experience with AI/ML or advanced analytics initiatives is strongly preferred. Understanding carrier business operations, procurement processes, and retail operations is advantageous. e.g. Taiwan Mobile data ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven track record managing cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end, including scoping, planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Apple Ecosystem Mastery: Solid knowledge of macOS, iOS, and how Apple hardware integrates with enterprise-level data solutions. Business or science majors are preferred.
