What We’re Looking For:
Veterinary Med Experience: A solid background in vet med is required.
Weekend Availability: Must be able to work 50% of Saturdays.
Flexible Scheduling: Shifts start as early as 7:00 AM, so reliability and punctuality are essential. Team members work 3 days a week for ultimate work to life balance.
Call Center Experience: Previous experience managing high call volumes is a plus.
Growth-Oriented: We're looking for a candidate who excels in this role and has the ambition to grow into a CSR Lead position.
What You’ll Do:
Be the welcoming face and voice for our clients, ensuring an excellent experience with every interaction.
Handle scheduling, client inquiries, and manage calls effectively while maintaining a positive demeanor.
Handle multiple level platforms for medication refills and appointment requests.
Collaborate with our medical and technical staff to support seamless communication and care.
