About the role
Role Responsibilities:
As a Supply Chain Lead, you’ll be responsible for:
- Support senior managements across Supply Chain disciplines to identify gaps in processes and implementations.
- Conduct root cause analysis and identifies strategies to bridge the gaps.
- Support implementation of identified processes and monitors to closure.
- Support identification of opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Productivity Savings Report and data analysis.
Coordinate inputs on negotiated savings
Follow up and update the data and Productivity Saving Report on a weekly basis
Monthly alignment with Operation and BU Finance
Engage support Regional PMO and Category leaders
Execute price block per guidance
Monthly follow-up on usage with the respective suppliers
monitor the commodity price changes
- Spend data compilation and analysis for different business segments
- Other support
- Monthly Track and report Purchasing Metrics
- Monthly Operation Review and Material Productivity Review
- Quarterly Business Review
- Annual Plan and Long-Range Plan
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or Equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain (Project Management) from a manufacturing sector is highly desirable
- Candidates with strong business acumen specific to Inventory, Revenue, Units, and Margin will succeed well in this role
- Action oriented, results driven with strong numeric, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and effectively manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Demonstrated effective project management skills and experience.
