We are looking for a Senior Benefits Operations Specialist to join our team in Netherlands reporting to the Senior Manager, People Services in the People & Culture department.

As a Senior Benefits Operations Specialist, you will be a subject matter expert in the day-to-day execution and administration of Zscaler’s EMEA and global benefit programs. You will serve as the backbone of the benefits function, ensuring that the employee life-cycle from onboarding to offboarding is handled with precision, empathy, and compliance, focusing on high-touch administration of complex leave cases and the seamless delivery of our benefits concierge service.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Lead the end-to-end administration for new hire enrollments, leaver processing, and off-cycle qualifying life events while owning the monthly benefits-to-payroll data bridge
  • Act as the primary administrator for all time-off and leave of absence programs across multiple EMEA jurisdictions, ensuring all payroll inputs and statutory requirements are met
  • Manage the submission and tracking of insurance claims for disability and sick leave, conducting quarterly headcount audits to ensure 100% data integrity with all benefit providers
  • Serve as the senior point of escalation for complex employee inquiries, resolving issues within defined SLAs and educating staff on the most beneficial support options
  • Identify process ambiguities to document solutions in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manage the end-to-end invoice reconciliation process for all vendor billing
