Job Description

Air Liquide Laboratories is one of the main R&D centers of the Air Liquide group. Its goal is to develop new and innovative solutions for the entire Air Liquide group. Air Liquide Laboratories is located at Innovation Campus Tokyo, inaugurated in March 2019. The new facility promotes collaboration with customers, start-up companies and academic partners. It gathers researchers and workers from all around the world in order to promote a multicultural work environment and skills diversity. The Campus develops the latest thin film deposition and etching technologies for applications in electronics, batteries and fuel cells, as well as strategies and solutions for the entire supply chain, production, purification, storage, transportation and distribution of low carbon hydrogen.

Within the framework of the R&D strategy and roadmap, support or perform research projects in labs, whatever the research subject, in order to develop technologies and innovations for our internal and external clients. Lab could be considered as internal Lab or external partnerships (eg. universities, start-ups)
EXCLUDE : HC Preclinical trials functions (should be coded in the Group Job : Preclinical & Clinical Trial (HC)

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Main Accountabilities 1. Propose solutions to answer to R&D projects issues 2. Elaborate lab experiences plan 3. Write state of art (make/buy/partnership) 4. Follow partnerships and suppliers contratcs 5. Write large reports 6. Be accountable for the results from lab experiences 7. Propose the next steps for R&D projects Differentiating Criteria Respect the time and budget defined for the projects Basic Project Management level
