Who You Are:

As the Manager for RTW Costing, you will play a critical role in creating and managing reporting related to costing efforts and divisional margins.  You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in reporting and developing new tools to analyze various strategic initiatives across RTW divisions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support on all tasks related to cost, margin and analysis
  • Top level reporting for upper management, including VPs and SVPs
  • Compiling and vetting cost breakdown data
  • Stay on top of milestones for all Apparel divisions and manage time & action accordingly
  • Communicate costing information to internal partners such as Design, Merchandising and Sales
  • Data entry and maintenance in various systems for costing and HTS (e.g. PLM and RLM)
  • Document cost trend and savings for the division
  • Ad hoc analysis regarding costs and margin
  • Partner with PD/Costing team to capture the most up-to-date information at each calendar milestone
  • Review, approve, and track invoicing for seasonal sample requests
  • Where possible, come up with process improvement and standardization opportunity

You’ll Need to Have:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years of Product Development/Costing experience
  • Strong acumen for managing large sets of numbers and data
  • High proficiency in Excel (pivot table, v-lookup, calculated fields)
  • Strong analytical and computation skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility- balanced and effective in good and challenging times
  • The ability to excel in high pressured environment with competing priorities
  • Strong work ethic and sense of ownership
  • A detailed oriented and organized mindset
  • Strong planning and time management skills

Compensation Range: 

105,000.00 - 115,000.00 USD
