Job Description

The Service Center Coordinator is essential to maintaining our service continuity in Tokyo. This role manages the end-to-end dispatch and scheduling of service operations, ensuring high-quality client support. Primary responsibilities include:
Processing and prioritizing service requests.
Coordinating technician schedules and staff deployments.
Maintaining rigorous documentation and service records.
Resolving immediate client issues to maintain departmental SLAs.
