Primary Function
Associate Analyst will be responsible for providing critical analysis and reporting to support the manufacturing, transport and logistics operations of the company.
Educational Background : Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a materials analysis or reporting role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment
Knowledge, skill and abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insightful recommendations
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyse inventory levels, material consumption, and production data to identify trends and optimise supply chain efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operation related issues and bottlenecks
- Perform data entry for goods receipt, work orders, and shipment requests. Enter and process transactions in SAP
- Perform reconciliation of inventory and WIP data between systems
