About the role
Overview:
Plans, schedules and monitors inbound movement of materials from suppliers. Determines material requirements and coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering. Develops specifications for new contract orders.
Responsibilities:
Support the fixed asset activation process by validating asset details, confirming physical receipt, and ensuring accurate and timely activation of assets in the ERP system in line with internal controls and SOX requirements.
Process and validate remote inventory cycle count results, including implants, instruments, and kits, and ensure approved adjustments are accurately posted in the ERP system in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Assist with the transfer of instrument and implant kits related to system or project work, ensuring correct documentation, system transactions, and asset traceability throughout the transfer process.
Track missing or outstanding items required to complete kits, including follow-ups with internal teams, field representatives, and logistics partners to ensure timely resolution and kit completion.
Support the completion of incomplete kits by coordinating replenishment of missing components and ensuring system records reflect the correct kit configuration and status.
Assist with building new kits where required, ensuring correct bill of materials (BOM), serial/lot tracking, labeling, and ERP setup in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records related to kit status, asset movements, and inventory adjustments to support audit readiness and inventory accuracy.
Collaborate closely with Asset Management, Logistics, Sales, and Field teams to resolve discrepancies related to assets, kits, and inventory movements.
