We are open to consider candidates for all levels (Entry, Experienced, High-Experienced).
Responsibilities:
Develops, implements, and maintains various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions, and illustrations to define and
document as-built configuration.
Develops manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives.
Develops and integrates suppliers, processes, materials, data, and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.
Reviews supplier data to ensure manufacturing-related requirements are met.
Investigates and resolves manufacturing technical related issues.
Performs producibility assessments for part or product designs.
Provides producibility input to design, manufacturing processes and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules.
Reviews integrated work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments.
Drafts, updates and reviews processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements.
Supports other team members as mentor/checker to meet engineering commitments.
Participates in the implementation of Lean principles and technologies.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
1+ years of related work experience.
Ability to read, understand, and interpret Engineering documentation - Engineering drawings and Specifications.
Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and International standards (ASME Y14.5(2018), ASME Y14.5(2009)
English language level – intermediate or higher.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of assembly and production processes, manufacturing capabilities, and data needed for defining delivery configurations.
Ability to communicate with technical personnel from multiple skill areas and functions to evaluate technical information and issues impacting design, production, and support of products, services, or other deliverables.
Knowledge of Boeing's organizations, processes, program plans, policies and procedures, and products required to effectively perform functional responsibilities of the occupation.
