The Land Coordinator provides administrative and technical support to the Land Team. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a solid understanding of land operations, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.


 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assist with various contracts and oil and gas agreements.
  • Draft complex and routine correspondence for review and signature.
  • Generate reports from Quorum and other land management systems.
  • Conduct surface land ownership research using internal and external digital resources.
  • Support technical analysis of oil and gas contracts and related agreements.
  • Track and monitor internal documents, workflows, and processes.
  • Provide land-related information critical to property development.
  • Collaborate across multiple disciplines, including Land, Accounting, Drilling, Geology, Facilities, and Operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of industry experience in land or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate potential challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
  • In-house experience with a Permian Operator
