This is an onsite role based at Nextiva’s Scottsdale headquarters (9451 E. Via de Ventura, Scottsdale, AZ 85256). Working together onsite strengthens how we operate, enabling faster decisions, clearer communication, and stronger execution, so you can make a greater impact and move work forward with speed and clarity.
In-Office Expectation: This role is expected to work onsite four days per week. Specific scheduling and flexibility will be guided by your leader to support both team collaboration and individual productivity.
The Channel Marketing Specialist supports the execution and optimization of marketing programs across key partner channels. This role works closely with the Channel Marketing Director to bring campaigns to life, manage partner-facing initiatives, and ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and channel partners.
This is a highly collaborative, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who can balance project management with creative execution and is eager to grow into a more strategic channel marketing position.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Campaign Execution
- Execute multi-channel marketing programs in partnership with channel partners (resellers, distributors, affiliates, etc.)
- Support the development and rollout of co-marketing campaigns, promotions, and partner activations
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals across internal teams and external partners
Partner Enablement & Support
- Assist in building and maintaining partner marketing toolkits, assets, and communications
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for partner marketing requests and inquiries
- Ensure partners have the resources needed to effectively promote products and services
Event & Program Support
- Support planning and execution of partner events, webinars, and trade shows
- Coordinate logistics, promotional efforts, and post-event follow-up
- Collaborate with internal events and field marketing teams as needed
Content & Asset Management
- Work with design and content teams to develop partner-facing materials (emails, landing pages, social posts, collateral)
- Maintain organized repositories of channel marketing assets
- Ensure brand consistency across all partner communications
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track campaign performance and partner engagement metrics
- Assist in building reports on channel marketing effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Identify trends and recommend optimizations for future programs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Channel, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen teams
- Align messaging and campaigns with broader company initiatives
- Help ensure seamless execution across all go-to-market efforts
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor in Marketing or equivalent
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in channel, partner, or B2B marketing
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Experience supporting campaigns across multiple channels (email, digital, events, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Preferred:
- Experience working with channel partners (resellers, VARs, distributors, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
- Experience supporting events or partner programs
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting
