• Abilities: Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, paired with analytical expertise and the ability to manage multiple priorities and make data‑driven decisions.

• Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Education: 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in Salesforce administration/configuration (certifications preferred), with a background in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and exposure to Sales or Commercial Operations.

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position’s compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Compensation Range:

$88,000.00 - $149,900.00
