About the Role: 

 

GoTo is looking for someone to actively build, expand, and scale Partner Enablement and Partner Sales for GoTo UCC solutions in Brazil, with a strong focus on market development, execution, and revenue generation through partners in new and underserved regions. 

As Regional Partner Sales Manager you will: 

  • Strategically manage a portfolio of partners, overseeing the full sales cycle and driving expansion into new territories through targeted partner development and robust pipeline strategies. 

  • Assume ownership of a sales quota which is composed of pipeline creation, partner productivity, and revenue attainment, while building and sustaining strong advisory relationships with both new and existing partners across all GoTo products. 

  • Collaborate proactively with Sales Operations, training teams, and cross-functional groups—such as Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership—to operationalize partner programs, remove commercial and technical barriers, unlock new market opportunities, and ensure actionable implementation and partner enablement in line with organizational objectives. 

  • Develop and articulate tailored value propositions and data-driven go-to-market plans aligned with regional realities and partner strengths, and efficiently onboard, enable, and activate new partners to accelerate their ramp to revenue. 

 

As Regional Partner Sales Manager, your background will look like: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with proven experience building alliances and strategic partnerships at SaaS companies, particularly with channel-led or partner-first sales models, driving revenue and market expansion. 

  • Effective presentation, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data, spot trends, and turn insights into partner opportunities. 

  • A track record of exceeding channel sales revenue targets, especially in roles involving market expansion or new territory development. 

  • Familiarity with cloud software business models and the SaaS/UCC ecosystem, along with a robust network across telecom providers, resellers, software vendors, system integrators, or B2B partners. 

  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset; able to work independently or in teams, adaptable in fast-changing environments, and comfortable communicating in Portuguese and English (Spanish or other languages valued).
