About the location:
There’s a certain magic in the air here that flows effortlessly through Old Town Square, onto Charles Bridge, over the Vltava and all the way up the tallest spires of Prague Castle – and that’s just what you can see from Four Seasons Hotel Prague. Centuries of wonder fill our walls, letting you trace the history of the city from the Baroque era to the neoclassical to modern day. Four Seasons Hotel Prague has a unique location, consists of three historical buildings connected to a new construction, has 157 rooms including 19 suites.About the Role
As a Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by developing key markets and building strong client relationships across assigned segments. You will play a strategic role in positioning the hotel, identifying new business opportunities, and securing high-value partnerships. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams, you will contribute to achieving commercial goals while elevating brand awareness.
What You Will Do
- Develop assigned markets and grow revenue across leisure, corporate, and group segments
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic sales activities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize revenue and market share
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through active prospecting and client engagement
- Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and participate in sales trips and marketing campaigns
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and confirm business aligned with revenue goals
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to support strategy
- Maintain accurate data and account management within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Delphi)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hotel sales or a related commercial role
- Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and developing business
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic, analytical, and results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Good understanding of local market trends and competitor landscape
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce / Delphi preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
