About the role
Job Description
This position is responsible to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and standardization across all Logistics functions, including Demand Planning, Supply Chain Development, Customer Service and Logistics. It aims to bridge the gap between daily operations and strategic planning by identifying potential savings, process optimization and improvement. On top of that, this position will lead the implementation of Log.OS in Indonesia BU.
- Spearheaded the end-to-end design and implementation of integrated business processes across S&OP and Logistics functions
- Working closely with Supply Planning and Logistics to optimize inventory availability while minimizing working capital through data-driven inventory norms and restock recommendations
- Instituting KPIs across all S&OP Logistics sub-functions to ensure its deliveries as per desired target
- Establishing strong master data governance and quality control mechanism across planning system
- Conducting regular KPI performance review with working units leads within S&OP and Logistics function to drive accountability and build performance improvement
- Driving cost management and efficiency through identifying and executing freight saving opportunities and managing operational costs within the budget
- Partnering with Logistics Sr. Manager to lead the development of logistics strategies for warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
- Overseeing opportunities for technology enhancement solutions and digital tools.
- Ensuring Log.OS standards are managed and implemented by building S&OP Logistics team;s capabilities and awareness
- Creating Log.OS master deployment plan for BU and ensuring the plans progress properly in the deployment of the standards across pillars
- Acting as subject matter expert on the Log.OS implementation and methodology deployment, guiding S&OP Logistics team to adopt Log.OS principles and providing regular support and guidance
- Designing and providing mechanism for periodical pulse-check/ audits of Log.OS progress to ensure on track
