We are seeking an Operations Business Analyst Intern to support logistics process optimization and contribute to operational improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in transportation systems, warehouse technologies, and data tools that drive performance across Intelcom’s logistics network.

Responsibilities

Analyze and document logistics and transportation processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with operational goals.

Support the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of process and technology improvements.

Draft business requirement documents to guide operational technology enhancements.

Identify operational challenges and propose data-driven solutions.

Create and maintain documentation, including process flows and user guides.

The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

Currently in 3rd or 4th year of pursuing a bachelor's degree, or pursuing a master's degree, in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational processes.

Eagerness to understand and optimize logistical and transportational systems.

Strong collaboration and communication skills to convey operational insights clearly.
