Responsibilities:
- Operational Support in Daily Business: You support our Corporate Controlling team in day-to-day operations and gain comprehensive insights into corporate performance management and planning
- Analytical Support: You actively contribute to plan–actual comparisons and in-depth variance analyses, gaining valuable hands-on experience in controlling
- Data Analysis & Reporting: You create meaningful analyses and reports, developing a strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Data Preparation & Interpretation: You assist in preparing and interpreting data, support the derivation of actionable recommendations, and build a solid understanding of business decision-making processes
- Teamwork & Collaboration: You are an integral part of our international controlling team, collaborate with colleagues worldwide, and benefit from close exchange with experienced professionals.
Qualifications:
Education: Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration or a comparable business-related field, ideally in an advanced semester.
Experience: Initial exposure or practical experience in controlling or a related field is an advantage.
Excel Skills: Proficient in using Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic data analysis functions).
Skills: Strong analytical thinking, affinity for numbers, and a structured, independent way of working.
Motivation: Strong interest in controlling and business-related topics.
Languages: Very good written and spoken German or English skills.
