About the Role
We are looking for a College Recruiting Coordinator to join our HR team in our Atlanta Regional Office in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 8–10 priority universities by owning relationships, developing tailored strategies, and coordinating all related recruiting activities.
- Partner with Recruiting Champions to align recruitment plans with hiring needs and program goals.
- Represent the company at campus events and coordinate on‑campus activities to maximize candidate engagement.
- Track all candidate progression in the ATS and maintain consistent, high-quality communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Support intern and new‑hire onboarding, including paperwork review, interview scheduling, and first‑day preparation.
Qualifications
Required:
- Four-year degree in Human Resources or a business-related field.
- 2–4 years of high‑volume college recruiting experience.
- Proficiency with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Preferred:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Experience coordinating campus events and relationship-building with universities.
- Team‑oriented, proactive mindset with strong follow‑through.
- Ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
