About the Role

We are looking for a College Recruiting Coordinator to join our HR team in our Atlanta Regional Office in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 8–10 priority universities by owning relationships, developing tailored strategies, and coordinating all related recruiting activities.
  • Partner with Recruiting Champions to align recruitment plans with hiring needs and program goals.
  • Represent the company at campus events and coordinate on‑campus activities to maximize candidate engagement.
  • Track all candidate progression in the ATS and maintain consistent, high-quality communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Support intern and new‑hire onboarding, including paperwork review, interview scheduling, and first‑day preparation.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Four-year degree in Human Resources or a business-related field.
  • 2–4 years of high‑volume college recruiting experience.
  • Proficiency with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Experience coordinating campus events and relationship-building with universities.
  • Team‑oriented, proactive mindset with strong follow‑through.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
