YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to join our HQ Legal Team in Barcelona. You will be a key member of the team, providing essential support for our day-to-day legal operations.

THE JOURNEY

  • Oversee all notifications for the Employment Law team, which includes downloading electronic notices and managing all physical correspondence.
  • Perform administrative functions to support the administrative and judicial defense of the team's cases.
  • Manage a high volume of legal documents, demonstrating exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Track, calculate, and manage critical legal deadlines to ensure nothing is missed.
  • Review various types of legal documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with internal attorneys and business partners, as well as external law firms and advisors.
  • Take strong ownership of your tasks and demonstrate a high sense of responsibility.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • At least 1 years of experience working as a paralegal in a law firm.
  • Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially in reviewing and preparing legal documents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in legal software and technology, such as contract management systems.
  • An international profile, with the ability to work in a flexible, collaborative, and multidisciplinary environment.
  • Highly motivated and interested in the world of start-ups and new technologies.
  • Experience with Social Security platforms is a plus (“DEHU”, “Sede electronica”, etc).
  • Experience working as a paralegal at a Big Four firm or similar is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus.
