Role:
As an Upsells/Ancillary Sales staff member, you play a vital role in offering guests the opportunity to enjoy perks and experiences that allow them a first-class event. You also are responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests. Your attention to detail and customer service skills contribute to creating a positive experience for all patrons.
Job Functions:
v Provide guest services by greeting and assisting guests and responding to guest inquiries and complaints.
v Collect money from patrons for all upsell/ancillary products such as parking, lawn chairs, premium upgrades and ticket fees.
v Use provided devices to keep track of sales and redemption.
v Partner with fellow crew members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
v Participate in venue recycling efforts before, during and after the show.
v Additional tasks as requested by management.
This position starts at $16.00 per hour with potential of commission for sales
Qualifications:
v High School Diploma or equivalent
v Must have cash handling experience.
v Creative thinker and problem solver
v Attention to detail, quality and accuracy.
v Strong relationship building and communication skills.
v Ability to work independently.
v Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
v Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs or more
