What You’ll Do

  • Proactively build a new book of business by identifying, marketing to, and onboarding new agency partners and accounts.
  • Work closely with carrier partners and retail agents to quote, bind, retain, and resolve risks.
  • Create and execute agency sales and marketing plans to drive new business and renewal retention.
  • Sell and distribute Amwins Admitted products, including in-person agency visits and strategic business development activities.
  • Develop long-term agency relationships and analyze book performance to prioritize high-potential opportunities.
  • Partner with internal teams to support cross-sell and expansion opportunities across the Amwins network.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of commercial account management experience in a retail agency or wholesaler environment (preferred)
  • Experience with commercial admitted carrier products and rating platforms
  • Active P&C license
  • Insurance designations are a plus
