Buyer – Aluminum / Raw Materials

Saronic Technologies is seeking an experienced Aluminum Buyer to support the production and delivery of autonomous surface vessels for the U.S. Department of Defense. This role is responsible for the strategic sourcing and procurement of aluminum raw materials—including but not limited flat-rolled aluminum and ingots—critical to our maritime manufacturing operations.

In this position, you will identify and manage reliable suppliers, negotiate pricing on orders, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality aluminum materials while meeting cost, schedule, and performance requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and planning teams to forecast demand, align material specifications, and maintain supply continuity in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
