What Customer Order Management contributes to Cardinal Health
Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.
Customer Order Management is responsible for expediting orders by acting as a liaison in problem solving, research and problem/dispute resolution.
Qualifications for Internal Applicants
- Open to Current and Previous AHS/EP employees - OPRCM at B3 and up
- CHIP employees P2, P3/M1 can apply. Must have POC experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- 4-8 years of experience, preferred
- Preferably acts as the team's POC (when direct Supervisor is out),
- Minimum of 1 year on current role
- Last annual performance rating of at least 3.
- No record of disciplinary action for the last year.
- No Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) in the previous 12 months.
Qualifications for External Applicants
- At least 2 years of college coursework or experience
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- Knowledge of Healthcare Operations—specifically Insurance Verification, Prior Authorization, and Medical Documentation—is an advantage
- Willing to work US hours in a hybrid set-up in BGC
