Job Description:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Review existing documentation, workshops, and stakeholder interview materials to understand business objectives, current technology landscape, budgets, barriers, and organizational readiness for change.
  • Analyze organizational strategy, business processes, IT infrastructure, process flows, system landscapes, and pain points to identify gaps and opportunities aligned with future-state goals.
  • Conduct client research, software market analysis, and cross-industry benchmarking to inform technology transformation decisions.
  • Develop assessment outputs, including draft reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and actionable next steps.
  • Support the definition of future-state processes and requirements, documenting critical and unique needs to guide vendor selection and solution design.
  • Contribute to software evaluation activities, including RFP development, vendor response analysis, scoring, and customized vendor demonstration planning.
  • Support roadmap development, high-level implementation planning, and contract negotiation activities based on assessment recommendations and priorities.
  • Track and support project execution by maintaining schedules, status reports, RAID logs, and stakeholder communications, and by preparing meeting materials, notes, and action items using project management tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or consulting, with preference for technology or software evaluation exposure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Planner is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities. Strong analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.s
  • Exposure to software evaluation, vendor selection, or technology transformation initiatives.
  • Experience conducting strategic assessments, organizational readiness evaluations, or developing technology roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with RFP processes, requirements documentation, and vendor demonstrations.
  • Preferred professional certifications such as CAPM, PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma are considered an advantage.
