About the role

About REP:

REP designs world-class, innovative gym equipment that is sold around the world, and we are now expanding into apparel, supplements, athletes, and events. REP was established in 2012 by two brothers who shared a deep passion for fitness. From our humble beginnings of selling bumper plates out of a small garage, REP has experienced remarkable growth, now occupying over 300,000+ square feet of office and distribution space in the USA and internationally. With a dedicated team of over 200+ fitness enthusiasts, our vision is to be the #1 Strength Brand in the World. Our commitment to innovation, customer service, and value sets us apart.

We believe in building a culture centered around fitness, so we specialize in outfitting home gyms, commercial gyms, and strength and conditioning facilities. Our dedication to excellence has been recognized multiple times when we were featured in the Inc. 5000 fastest growing private companies in 2018 and 2021 and then voted the best home strength product launch in 2022 by Garage Gym Experiment. Our team works out together, and we regularly invite fitness superstars to join us. We organize fun challenges to test our limits - and the limits of our equipment.

At REP, we continue to grow and bring new opportunities for those who want to be a part of a winning team. We firmly believe that being surrounded by like-minded individuals fuels creative energy and fosters a fun and collaborative work environment. This role is based in our state-of-the-art headquarters with a bright, spacious, shared workspace; scenic views of the Rocky Mountains; and a kitchen always stocked with healthy snacks, protein powder, and coffee.  We offer a hybrid work environment with a minimum of three days in the office, but there’s flexibility about which days and hours.

Our Core Values:

  • Think Like a Customer - We empathize with our customers; understand the 'why' behind every decision we make
  • Progress not Perfection - We don't let perfect get in the way of good; we are better today than we were yesterday
  • Positive Attitude - Be a glass half-full kind of person and remember to have fun
  • Teamwork without Ego - We put the team above ourselves; we only win together
  • Take Initiative - We drive momentum; if there is an opportunity to make us better, we want to hear it

About This Role:

REP Fitness is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead supply chain operations for our supplements brand and apparel line. This role is responsible for ensuring products are launched on time, remain in stock, meet quality expectations, and are delivered through a scalable, cost-effective supply chain.

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee planning, sourcing coordination, supplier and manufacturer management, inventory strategy, production timelines, and cross-functional launch execution. This role requires a hands-on operator who can manage day-to-day supply chain needs while also building processes, reporting, and vendor relationships that support rapid growth.

This position will work closely with product development, merchandising, quality, finance, demand planning, logistics, ecommerce, and external vendors including ingredient suppliers, packaging suppliers, contract manufacturers, apparel manufacturers, freight partners, and 3PL providers.

The ideal candidate has experience managing complex supply chains, thrives in a fast-paced growth environment, and understands how to balance product availability, cost, quality, compliance, and working capital discipline.

Essential Functions: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Own supply chain execution for supplements and apparel

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain activity across supplements, apparel, accessories, packaging, and related components.
  • Ensure the right products are available at the right time, in the right quantities, and at the right cost.

Lead demand planning and inventory management

  • Partner with sales and our demand planning team to develop demand forecasts.
  • Monitor inventory levels, sell-through, reorder points, lead times, and stockout risks.
  • Reduce excess inventory, slow-moving stock, and expiration risk, particularly for supplement products.
  • Recommend purchase quantities and production timing based on demand, margin, cash flow, and storage constraints.

Manage supplier, manufacturer, and vendor relationships

  • Serve as the primary supply chain point of contact for contract manufacturers, apparel vendors, ingredient suppliers, packaging suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • Track vendor performance related to cost, lead time, quality, communication, and on-time delivery.
  • Negotiate timelines, MOQs, pricing, production capacity, and service expectations in partnership with leadership and finance.
  • Identify and qualify backup suppliers to reduce supply chain risk.

Drive on-time product launches

  • Build and manage supply chain timelines for new supplement and apparel launches.
  • Coordinate ingredient sourcing, packaging development, apparel production, artwork approvals, testing, quality documentation, inbound freight, and inventory readiness.
  • Proactively identify risks that could delay launch dates and drive mitigation plans.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure new products are launch-ready from a supply, inventory, and fulfillment standpoint.

Oversee production planning and purchasing

  • Create and maintain production schedules with external manufacturers.
  • Manage purchase orders, production confirmations, delivery dates, and vendor follow-up.
  • Ensure production plans align with forecasted demand, launch calendars, promotional plans, and inventory targets.
  • Track open orders and communicate delays, risks, or changes to internal stakeholders.

Support quality, compliance, and documentation requirements

  • Ensure supplement supply chain processes support quality and compliance expectations, including lot tracking, COAs, GMP-related documentation, shelf-life management, and recall readiness.
  • Coordinate with quality, product, and regulatory partners to ensure required documentation is collected and maintained.
