About the role
- Medical, Prescription, Dental, and Disability. Maximum annual out of pocket for medical is $2,000 for Family coverage...claims paid at 100% afterward.
- Two Retirement Plans: 401K and Pension.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, layout, and fabrication maintenance work
- Repair equipment and perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and implement corrective actions while following SQF procedures
- Use tools, machines, and diagnostic equipment, including machine shop and fabrication equipment
- Follow plant and department safety rules, administrative processes, and documentation procedures
- Support other maintenance team members and complete additional duties as assigned
- Provide production coverage support as needed
- Maintain responsibility for food safety and quality
- Follow direction provided by Crew Coordinators
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
- Mechanical and electrical experience appropriate for general maintenance work
- Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong collaboration skills with maintenance, production, and leadership teams
- Ability to prioritize work and perform tasks safely and efficiently
- Willingness to work across varying levels of maintenance complexity
- Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
- Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
- Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
