THE JOB:

Step into the exciting role of Showroom Server, where you will bring the spirit of the realm to life through immersive, guest-focused service within the legendary Tournament of Kings. In this one-of-a-kind dining arena, you will deliver prompt, attentive tableside service while contributing to an unforgettable medieval feast and spectacle.

With every interaction, you will embody the energy and hospitality of the court, ensuring each guest feels welcomed, engaged, and fully transported into the experience. Your service will create lasting memories, making every guest feel like royalty from arrival to farewell.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.663 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Take order, and serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable

• Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome

• Anticipate the guest’s needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency

• Maintain cleanliness and stock of their assigned areas, side stations, tables and POS stations

• Consistently follow sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by the room management

• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• ​At least 21 years of age

• Brings 1+ year of relevant food and beverage experience, including prior banquet service in a high-volume or entertainment-driven environment

• Flexible and available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Experience working in a similar resort setting preferred
