Job Responsibilities:
Conduct timely registration of credit and market risk limits, such as new facility, renewal, amendment, suspension or termination in different systems in accordance with credit applications, compliance to the guidelines/rules and be responsible for the integrity of the data;
Prepare basic Terms & Conditions of credit facilities in alignment with credit approval;
Prepare and monitor daily control reports;
Monitor monthly reports of approved conditions/instructions and meet reports deadline as required;
Assist in the preparation of timely due date control reports;
Communicate with relationship managers and/or other stakeholders in respect of credit control issues;
Participate in the discussion on the enhancement of workflows and systems and perform the UAT;
Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support implementation;
Adhere to all policies as well as guidelines;
Handle other ad hoc assignments.
Job Requirements:
Tertiary education or above;
2 years of relevant experience. Candidate with less experience/fresh graduate will be considered as Administrator;
Sound knowledge of policies and processes relating to credit controls;
Proficient in MS Office applications;
Good organizational skills and attention to details;
Good interpersonal skills to deal effectively with others.
