Team Lead, Inbound Sales – Benelux

Ghent / Benelux Region | Full-time

At Lightspeed Commerce, we’re entering an exciting phase of growth across EMEA—and Benelux is a key focus market. We’re looking for a Team Lead, Inbound Sales to help scale our Direct Sales inbound motion, develop top talent, and drive performance across our hospitality vertical.

This is a hands-on leadership role where coaching, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration come together to build a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Develop Talent

  • Coach, mentor, and motivate a team of SDRs and Inbound AEs
  • Support new hires in ramping up and progressing from SDR to Senior SDR
  • Support new hires in ramping up and progressing from AE to AE II
  • Create a strong culture of feedback, learning, and continuous improvement

Own the Inbound Sales Motion

  • Help manage and optimize the full inbound funnel (MQL → SQL)
  • Work closely with Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Drive initiatives to maximize inbound performance and pipeline generation

Drive Performance & Results

  • Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Analyze pipeline metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds quota

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

  • Partner with Marketing, Partnerships, Outbound, and Implementation teams
  • Strengthen alignment across the entire customer journey
  • Act as a key connector between strategy and execution

What You Bring

Core Experience

  • Language skills in Dutch and English are a must - French is a plus
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or solution-based selling
  • Experience leading or coaching a sales team
  • Strong track record of closing deals and exceeding targets

  • Strong conversion rates across the MQL → SQL → revenue funnel
  • Clear development paths for SDRs progressing into AE roles
