As a Retail Attendant at Seaside Beach, you create a welcoming and personalized shopping experience that reflects the spirit of aloha and the Four Seasons standard of excellence. Through thoughtful service, product knowledge, and attention to detail, you help guests discover items that enhance their stay and create lasting memories.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Welcome each guest into the boutique with warmth and genuine hospitality, creating an inviting and relaxed environment
- Build meaningful connections to understand guest preferences and offer personalized recommendations
- Share knowledge of merchandise across the resort, guiding guests toward thoughtful and memorable purchases
- Support the overall success of the boutique by delivering a service-driven experience that naturally contributes to sales performance
- Maintain the presentation of the store, ensuring displays are well organized, stocked, and reflective of brand standards
- Handle transactions with accuracy, care, and attention to detail
- Follow up on special requests and orders, ensuring every interaction feels seamless and complete
- Work collaboratively with the retail team and resort departments to ensure a consistent and elevated guest experience
WHAT TO BRING
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest experiences
- A warm, engaging presence and the ability to connect with guests in a natural, authentic way
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a beautiful and welcoming environment
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
- A collaborative approach and a strong sense of accountability
- Previous retail experience preferred, with luxury hospitality experience highly valued
- Comfort working with POS systems and retail operations
