Job Description & Summary

Role Summary
Supports the Regulatory Compliance team in maintaining compliance with local regulatory requirements, PwC policies, and Network Standards. Assists with regulatory reporting, documentation, compliance monitoring, and coordination of regulatory activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain regulatory records, licenses, and compliance documentation.
  • Support regulatory filings, registrations, and notifications to regulatory authorities.
  • Assist in monitoring regulatory developments and updating internal trackers and procedures.
  • Collect, review, and organize supporting evidence for compliance reviews and inspections.
  • Support the execution of compliance monitoring activities and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in preparing training materials, communications, and reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of regulatory requirements.
  • Archiving files
  • Update databases in/out (excel file containing evidence)
  • Verify all the expired files against preservation file

  • Well-organized, with good time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proactive attitude and a high level of responsibility.
  • Fluency in english
