What You Will Work On
Support high‑impact visual merchandising initiatives that bring new, remodeled, and specialty store concepts to life. Daily responsibilities include designing in‑store displays, creating signage elements, and coordinating graphic and fixture execution for assigned projects. These efforts help deliver customer‑centric brand experiences that strengthen sales and elevate store presentation.
Cross‑functional collaboration ensures that merchandising programs align with business goals across Merchants, Store Design, Visual Merchandising Creative, Retail Operations, and vendor partners. Insights from field teams, store reviews, and business performance shape how each project is executed. The role also supports special initiatives, in‑store activations, and the development of standards that guide consistent brand execution.
Who You Will Work With
You will work closely with Merchants, Visual Merchandising Creative, Space Planning, Store Operations, and external vendor partners to support project execution. Frequent collaboration with field teams ensures signage, layouts, and brand storytelling meet operational needs and customer expectations. Partnerships across functions help streamline communication and keep all special projects moving effectively.
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within retail
Strong communication and presentation skills
Effective time management and ability to manage large project volumes
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Proactive approach to identifying and executing process improvements
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
Ability to adapt to change and manage shifting priorities
A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed
Work Style and Physical Requirements
Comfort working in stores during reviews, resets, and execution activities
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Up to 5% travel including overnight stays
Regular in-office attendance is required
Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
Ability to adhere to company policies and professional standards
