All’interno di PwC Services Srl stiamo ricercando un Payroll Analyst / Consulente Applicativo HR che abbia maturato un’esperienza di 3/5 anni nell’utilizzo degli applicativi Zucchetti, in particolar modo nei moduli Paghe (Infinity), Presenze (Project e WorkFlow) e Travel.
La risorsa dovrà occuparsi dell’analisi e dell’avviamento degli impianti, della manutenzione della procedura, dell’assistenza al team payroll di lavoro ed ai Clienti.
La risorsa si occuperà di attività quali:
- Analisi, sviluppo, personalizzazione e manutenzione degli impianti;
- personalizzazione della contabilità;
- budget e costo del lavoro;
- gestione moduli Presenze, Workflow, HR Analytics, Travel.
Completano il profilo:
- Motivazione ed entusiasmo per l’attività professionale;
- Iniziativa ed orientamento al risultato;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team;
- Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottime capacità in ambito system’s integration.
Verrà considerato un plus:
- Conoscenza di altri moduli Zucchetti
- Conoscenza di altri applicativi HR / Business Analytic presenti sul mercato.
