Customer Service Representative
Acerca del rol:
Coordinar y gestionar la ejecución de los Promotores de la Higiene con el fin de garantizar el nivel de servicio al cliente final.
Qué harás:
Gestionar la instalacion, mantenimiento y desmontaje de dispensadores en comodato a traves de los promotores de la higiene para materializar nuestra propuesta de valor y la promesa de prestación de servicio en cada zona optimizando las capacidades de la operación.
Brindar la atención a nuestros clientes internos y externos a través de diferentes canales de comunicación, velando por el cumplimiento de los protocolos establecidos y politica de servicios para prestar el un servicio diferenciador.
Gestionar oportunamente los servicios de entrega, instalación y recogida de dispensadores ejecutados por operadores externos para garantizar la propuesta de servicio.
A quién buscamos:
- Un Técnico/Tecnólogo o Profesional en logística, administración o afines.
- Con experiencia de 1 a 2 años en administración y/o logística.
- Experiencia en Liderazgo de equipos
- Manejo de Excel intermedio, servicio al cliente y georreferenciación.
- Manejo de SAP (ideal)
- Acompañas, implementas y ajustas la cobertura adecuada de modelos de distribución que cumplan con lineamientos de marca.
- Tienes habilidad para diseñar, implementar y ajustar modelos de cobertura para la ejecución de actividades.
- Tienes habilidad para analizar datos y cruce de información.
- Te gusta movilizar equipos para incentivar el cumplimiento de lo objetivos.
- Disfrutas atender a clientes internos y externos para gestionar sus requerimientos.
