About the role
Your Opportunity, Your Team
Every great TikTok live starts with the right products, and that is where you come in. As an Associate Social Commerce Merchandiser on our TikTok team, you will help decide what we sell on TikTok based on what is trending and what our audiences want, then make sure every one of those products is set up to shine, accurate listings, the right price, and stock ready to go. It is a front-row seat on the team building how a Fortune 500 retailer shows up in live and social shopping.
You will keep a close eye on trends and demand to shape the product lineup for our TikTok lives and selling moments, partner with IT and inventory teams to keep availability and stock accurate, and execute the pricing and promotions that bring each one to life. You will also run regular audits to keep our product data clean and consistent across the platform.
If you are early in your career, love retail and social, and want to learn the business of social commerce from the inside on one of the fastest-growing platforms in the world, this is a great place to start.

Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Bring
A sharp eye for detail and a knack for catching and fixing errors quickly, since accurate listings are everything in this role.
Comfort juggling multiple products, prices, and promotions at once without losing consistency.
A genuine interest in retail, e-commerce, and social platforms, with a curiosity about what makes products sell on TikTok.
