The Paid Search Senior Specialist supports Cornerstone Brands
(Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, Garnet Hill), and will execute and optimize paid search campaigns across our portfolio of brands. You will play a key role in day-to-day account management, campaign reporting, and budget stewardship. You will report to the Senior Manager of Paid Search.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. Preferred locations include: Cincinnati, OH, Atlanta, GA, or Boston, MA.
What You’ll Do
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on Google, Bing, and other platforms to achieve performance targets.
Oversee daily account operations, including keyword management, ad copy testing, and bid strategies.
Monitor budgets, track spend, and ensure campaigns stay within financial parameters.
Prepare and deliver campaign performance reports, providing actionable insights to the Senior Manager, Paid Search.
Collaborate with analytics, creative, and brand teams to support campaign innovation and effectiveness
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years’ experience in paid search account management, preferably in retail/e-commerce. Agency experience preferred.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Shopping, Bing Ads, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to deliver results with speed and accuracy.
