Specialist - Quality Control (Data Collections and Analytics)

QUALITY CONTROL AND ASSURANCE:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC processes and procedures

• Conduct thorough reviews of all reports and data collected by the team

• Identify discrepancies, errors, or areas for improvement in team deliverables

• Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for corrections or enhancements on a daily basis

 

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

• Analyze current workflows and processes to identify areas for quality enhancement

• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency without compromising quality

• Create and maintain quality metrics and KPIs to track team performance

• Lead initiatives to standardize and optimize data collection and reporting methods

 

TEAM SUPPORT AND TRAINING

• Collaborate with team members to resolve quality-related issues

• Develop and conduct training sessions on quality standards and best practices

• Mentor team members on quality control techniques and attention to      detail

• Act as a resource for questions related to quality standards and procedures

 

COMPLIANCE AND RISK MANAGEMENT

• Ensure all deliverables comply with relevant program scope

• Stay updated on changes in industry standards and regulatory requirements

• Assist in managing and mitigating risks associated with data accuracy and report quality

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of qualified work experience

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

• Experience with quality management systems and statistical analysis tools

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

• Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for quality and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining JLL's reputation for excellence in the industry.
