Job summary:
In this role You will be responsible for driving the successful adoption of new digital tools, workflows, and AI-enabled services across Rolls-Royce GBS. This role ensures that employees, managers, and service agents can confidently use ServiceNow and related platforms to deliver efficient, consistent, and data-driven service experiences.
Working closely with the Service Experience Manager, ServiceNow Product teams and Knowledge Management, the Digital Adoption & Training Leas designs learning ecosystems that combine in-product enablement, AI-driven guidance, and behavioural change strategies.
The goal: ensure every new capability delivered by the GBS transformation is understood, embraced, and embedded into daily operations.
What You will be doing:
- Develop and execute the global Digital Adoption Strategy for GBS, aligned with the ServiceNow and GenAI transformation roadmap.
- Promote a digital-first mindset, ensuring new tools are fully leveraged across all service lines.
- Design modular learning programs and partner with the Knowledge Manager to ensure learning materials and process documentation are consistent, AI-ready, and easily discoverable.
- Introduce adaptive learning methods, combining e-learning, virtual classrooms, and AI for guided assistance. Maintain a digital learning library integrated with ServiceNow and enterprise LMS systems.
- Implement digital adoption platforms or in-product walkthroughs that guide users through key workflows in real time.
- Integrate Now Assist or AI chatbots to deliver contextual, role-based help and proactive training tips.
- Use telemetry and analytics to identify friction points, training gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Transformation, Change and Communications teams to design campaigns that build awareness and excitement for new capabilities.
- Use data insights from ServiceNow, LMS, and DAP analytics to refine learning content and prioritize support.
Position qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Digital Adoption, or Change Enablement in a large enterprise or GBS environment.
- Proven success leading digital adoption or system rollout programs (ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, or similar).
- Demonstrated experience using analytics to measure adoption, user engagement, and skill progression.
- Experience implementing DAP or in-product guidance tools integrated with enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of Service Management or Shared Services operations.
- Background in developing hybrid learning ecosystems combining self-service, instructor-led, and AI-assisted training.
- Strong capability in defining and executing enterprise learning and adoption programs.
- Skilled in developing engaging learning content, microlearning, and user enablement materials.
- Experienced in managing behavioural and cultural change within complex organizations.
- Familiar with ServiceNow, digital adoption platforms (e.g., WalkMe), and LMS tools.
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple functions.
- Understanding of GenAI tools and their role in augmenting learning and user support.
