Job Description:

Job Summary
This position work with UPS systems, and internal and external contacts to ensure employees are paid correctly.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports payroll processes.
  • Communicates with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintains confidentiality of payroll information.
  • Prepares reports and summaries.


Qualifications:

  • Solid written and verbal English communication skills 
  • Fluency in at least one additional language (French, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, or Czech)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to gather and analyze large amounts of information and work under time pressure
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Availability to work flexible schedule in hybrid model (1-2 days per week in the office)
  • Prior payroll experience will be considered an advantage
  • At least 6-month employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates)
